Founded in 1976, the machinery business unit of ChenFull( former ChenFeng)has been dedicated to shoemaking machinery industry for over 30 years, and mainly devoted to design, R&D, manufacturing, assembly, global marketing and customer service.

From early semiautomatic shoemaking machinery to recent automatic toe, side and heel seat lasting machines, sole pressing machines, as well as all types of cutting machines widely used in various industries. ChenFull International Co., Ltd. sell ChenFeng branded machines in more than 60 countries worldwide. Sales and service stations are expanded to main shoemaking countries, such as USA, Mexico, Japan, China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Turkey, etc. ChenFull sustains superior performance in technology, quality, service, and wins recognitions and compliments from customers all over the world.

ChenFull emphasizes R&D capability. The machinery business department employs the best engineering talents and adopts the most advanced design software and hardware. We design and analyze products by CAD/CAE/CAM auxiliary computer system, strictly control the operating flow and quality of R&D projects, and follow market oriented concept to provide product designs which meet customers’ needs.

R&D team of the machinery business unit possesses remarkable capability and outstanding performance. It has received more than 100 patents and Taiwan Excellent Design Product Award, and constantly adopts latest technologies and manufacturing processes. In 1985, we cooperated with Canada BATA Company in technology, and in 2006, cooperated with Schoen+Sandt Company to produce and sell main Schoen+Sandt branded machines. All these efforts prove that we pursuit innovation relentlessly.

The Precision Technology Division, formerly Aerospace Division, was established in 1986 in supporting for government's policy of the aerospace industry development. Since its establishment, ChenFull has built highly specialized aerospace manufacturing capabilities of international standard. In 1993, we invested a large amounts of capital to buy a triple-spindle, five-axis 27-meter-long Gantry Milling Machine, which is exclusively for large-scale aerospace applications, and is quite rare here in Taiwan. In order to become an extensive professional manufacturer in aerospace industry, we keep on cultivating engineering talents, together with using the most specialized software such as CATIA, VERICUT, PRO-E and AUTO-CAD for production /process planning and mold design. In recent years, we keep investing huge amounts of money to import dozens of the advanced lathes, milling machines, and CNC complex machining center from Japan for expanding our aerospace-graded mass production capacity. In the meantime, we have developed a rigorous quality system that meets the standards of ISO9001 and AS9100. Now our manufacturing capacity and quality system have been certified by many well-known international aerospace. In addition, we have set up a most advanced high-precision Coordinate Measuring Machine in order to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction, and to make our company more trustworthy and regarded.

Our company tries out best to support domestic aerospace industry and is the excellent supplier of Aerospace Industrial Development Corp. (AIDC), a leading company in the aerospace industry in this country. In recent years, we have become an international manufacturer of GE engine case, and have achieved technology transfer and orders worthy of billions Taiwan dollars through the help of AIDC. In the near future, we'll be one of the most competitive precision manufacturers in aerospace industry here in Taiwan. In 2000, owing to our comprehensive aerospace-graded process planning and manufacturing technology, mass production capacity, and quality assurance system, we rapidly entered optoelectronic and semiconductor industry to produce parts and components of the optoelectronic and semiconductor equipments. We have awarded with a global supply contract from Applied Materials-U.S., and AWS(American Welding Society) First time approved ATF(Accredited Test Facility) for certified welder in Taiwan.
