Precision Technology Division has a complete integrated technology to provide an excellent service for customers. Starting from drawing evaluation, specifications discussing, manufacturing engineering planning, SOP/SIP setting-up, complete inspection report, procedure control and delivery achievement rate is to provide a complete production situation for customers and ensure our stable supplying resource. We have cooperated with excellent technicians and partners with long term relationship such as raw material obtainment, break through manufacturing technology, surface treatment, and module assembling, testing and inspection. We treat demand from customer as the most important mission and devote ourselves to accomplish the demand.

Advancing CAD/CAMs are used to define and develop most appropriate NC processes for varieties of parts. In addition, advancing simulation software is widely applied for the verification of NC program to ensure first time right and shorten the lead time for First Article.

Multiple 5-Axis Milling and Turning integrated machine centers with internal fixture design and NC program capability to provide quicker and more precise for First Article realization and complicated parts machining.

Precision Technology Division is also professional for vacuum chambers whose material is Aluminum, stainless, and other kinds of vacuum chambers. We have accumulated many experiences and are able to satisfy with customers' requirements.

Precision Technology Division has a lot of experiences for welding technology whose material is Aluminum and stainless. According to AWS specification, (American Welding Society), our factory is able to achieve the requirement for precision vacuum welding environment. According to customers’ requirement of welding method, we have welding simulation and testing in advance to ensure all welding process and method can achiever customers’ requirement.

Welding equipments are including UT (Ultrasonic Testing) and PT (Penetration Inspection) to provide essential inspection, testing, and verifying and ensure the quality for welding process.

Precision Technology Division has dedicated in manufacturing precision parts and components for aerospace and semiconductor industries and acquires Certificate of Registration for ISO 9001 and AS9100 from QMI. Inspection equipments are including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and Laser Tracker for large-size parts and components. In addition, we acquire Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation Certificate ROC for ISO/ICE 17025 and are able to do self-inspection for Dimension to ensure its correctness.

We have inspection capability for CMM and self-development program. We are able to provide quicker and more precision inspection program and compare the result with exactly requirement. Therefore, we are able to control effectively the key dimension for precision parts and complicated components and provide prompt and effective information for customers.
