Since Precision Technology Division commences the business of Optoelectronic and Semiconductor precision machining, we have earned valuable trust from international and national customers on manufacturing expertise, quality, and service. Under the customizing situation for individual case, we provide total solution for key parts and components, vacuum chambers, vacuum gate valves, PVD chambers, and CVD chambers which apply to the business for Solar Energy, Optoelectronic, and Semiconductor Industries to feed the rapid expansion in the market worldwide.
 
Key parts and components
 
  1. Precision Technology Division has been cooperating with MIRDC and dedicating in developing FSW (Friction Stirring Welding) which is kind of welding skill for Aluminum and Oxygen-free copper. We are equipped FSW capacity and certification.
  2. After high-tech welding machining process, all of parts and components need to be inspected by vacuum leaking test and CMM to ensure our quality.
   

Large-size Vacuum chambers
 

Precision Technology Division processes technology and capability of precise welding for large sized Aluminum and Stainless Chambers. The environment of our factory has achieved the requirements for precise vacuum welding machining. We have earned valuable trust from international equipment industries on Aluminum welding expertise. Under the customizing situation for individual case, we do welding simulation and testing in advance according to customers’ requirement. Follow up complete WPS/SOP/SIP setting-up, and inspection procedure in order to control the delivery date and quality. For the large-size vacuum chambers, we do inspection with Laser Tracker and all of chambers have to be inspected by leaking test to ensure the quality.
